The ICC has released the groupings and fixtures for the Cricket World Cup 2015 which is to take place from 14th February to 29th of March 2015. The 14 teams are divided into two pools A and B with England, Australia, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, New Zealand, Afghanistan are placed in pool A, whereas Pakistan and India are in pool B along with South Africa, West Indies, Zimbabwe, Ireland and UAE. Each team will play one match each with all the others in their respective pool in the group stage. Top four teams from each pool will then go on to qualify for the quarter finals where they'll play in the knockout stage and the final four winning teams will go to the semi-finals which will decide the two teams for the World Cup final.

Last time, Pakistan and India collided in a thrilling and one of the greatest World Cup matches of history in the 2011 World Cup in the semi final when India beat Pakistan by 29 runs and went on to win the World Cup with the help of some all-roiund brilliance from Yuvraj Singh.

Pakistan will look to break their shackles on 15th of February and write a win against their traditional rivals India at World Cup arena, while India will be keen to carry on their epic streak of winning against Pakistan in the World Cups. But one thing is for sure, this will be one heck of a contest to watch.
